Changelog Updates: Voice Agents, AI Tools, & Error messages Fixes

We’ve made several updates to Agent Hub and Workflows; our Agents are now more powerful and easier to incorporate into your systems. We’ve updated Voice Agents, AI Tools, workflow error messages, and Procedure tools.

Voice Agents in Agent Hub

The Voice Agents page has been moved from Settings to Agent Hub, allowing your team to easily find and configure agents. Each Voice Agent is organized by phone number, allowing you to assign a different agent for each use case. For example, one number to call maintenance, another for guest questions, and a third to handle tour bookings.

AI Tools

We’ve introduced a new AI Tools page where you can build custom tools in Python or JavaScript for your chat and phone agents. Conduit also provides ready to use internal tools, including searching listing availability, reservation lookups, directions, and recommendations from Google.

Both chat and phone agents have access to AI tools and looking up information online. To adjust access, click on a tool, select Access, and select agents to have access or enable Global access for all agents to use the tool. Tools can be used by more than one agent, allowing them to respond to messages and follow through with tasks.

Improved Workflow Error Messages

Workflow error messages are clearer, so your team can troubleshoot why a workflow failed or errored. Additionally, we’ve added a direct link to email notifications for failed workflow runs , so you can quickly troubleshoot without navigating to the run.

Procedure Tool Enhancements

Procedures can now easily reference internal tools and workflows, making it simple to create combined processes or workflows triggered by procedures. Just open a procedure, click Add Variable, and select from the dropdown of available tools and workflows.
