Missed calls and Multilanguage Support

At Conduit, we’ve rolled out new workflow triggers and can support more languages in the Knowledge Base
Missed call trigger

Our new Call missed trigger is similar to the Call completed trigger but is designed specifically for missed calls. This is perfect for workflows where you want to send an SMS summary after you miss a call or log a phone number in your CRM so your AI can call back at a later date.
Multi-language support for Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base and Required Info sections can now be written in languages other than English, making Conduit more accessible to global users. The AI will interpret and use this information exactly as it does with English
Removed Upsells Tab
We removed the Upsell tab for a more workflow focused approach. Upsells can be custom made with workflows, and you can utilized some of the workflow templates that already exist for upsells like the “Pre-stay Gap Night Upsell” and “Pre-Check-in Call + Cross-Selling Extra Services”.
