The same great service at a hotel, a resort, or a rental home.

Conduit is an AI agent platform for hospitality. Hotels, resorts, and vacation rental operators use it to answer guests and run the work behind each stay, like cleaning, maintenance, check-in, and upsells.

[1] What we believe

  1. 01

    Guests book on trust.

Hospitality is about 10% of global GDP. Guests come back and recommend a place when the stay goes as expected.

  2. 02

    Speed matters most.

Guests remember how long a fix took. A broken AC fixed in two minutes instead of two hours gets a different review.

  3. 03

    One request, several people.

A broken lock involves the guest, the front desk or host, a maintenance vendor, and the property system. Most of the work is keeping them in sync.

  4. 04

    Agents should do that work.

Models can now do more than answer questions. They can coordinate people, run an upsell over several days, and track a task until it's done.

  5. 05

    One standard everywhere.

We only build for hospitality. We go deep on hotels, resorts, and rental homes so guests get the same service at all three.

  6. 06

    We work hard.

The pace is intense and the bar is high. We hire people who want that and give each of them a scope they own.
