What is Topkey?
Topkey is a financial automation platform built for vacation rental and short-term rental property managers. It brings cards, bill pay, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation into one system, and syncs clean data to your PMS and accounting software.
How it works with Conduit
Your field team works from tasks in Conduit. When someone buys a part for a job, the card charge or bill can be associated with that task in Topkey. Topkey then adds a comment to the Conduit task with a reference to the expense, so your team can see what was spent on the job without leaving the task.
Finance reviews the expense in Topkey with the task and the property already attached. From there, Topkey can save it as an owner charge in your PMS.

Get started
Connect your PMS to Topkey first. Then add your Conduit API key and Workspace ID in Topkey's integrations settings. Conduit tasks will start importing onto the matching properties. Read more on Topkey's Conduit page.
