Visito Review

The $99 plan, and what it skips.

Written by Punn Kam, ex-Google AI engineer and Y Combinator repeat founder. He is the co-founder of Conduit, an AI agent platform built for hospitality, serving 300+ hospitality brands in 140+ languages. Last updated August 27, 2026.

Visito is an AI assistant for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and website chat, and it is one of the few tools in this category that publishes a starting price: plans from $99 per month after a 7-day trial. It is not hospitality-only and it has no phone product, which is the trade you are making at that price.

What is Visito?

Visito answers customer questions, sells, and runs marketing across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and web chat, in what it describes as 100+ languages, 24/7. It sells into hotels and vacation rentals, and also into fitness, tours and activities, ecommerce, and restaurants.

For hospitality it names Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Mews, Mirai, Little Hotelier, Oracle OPERA, and Guesty as integrations.

The thing to understand before comparing it to a hospitality-specific agent: Visito is a horizontal messaging AI that serves hospitality among several industries. That is why it is cheaper, and it is also why the hospitality-specific behaviour has to be configured rather than assumed.

How much does Visito cost?

Visito publishes "Plans from $99 USD/month" with a free 7-day trial and cancel-anytime terms. Tier detail beyond the entry price is not published.

That makes it the cheapest published entry point among the tools operators shortlist here, and worth naming plainly: Akia, HelloShift, Asksuite, Bookboost, Operto, and Hostaway publish nothing at all. Jurny publishes $19 per unit with a $400 monthly minimum, and Conduit publishes $18 per unit per month for Messaging.

Note the different units. Visito's $99 is a flat monthly plan; per-unit pricing scales with your portfolio. For a single property, a flat plan is usually cheaper. For 200 units, compare them properly rather than by headline number.

What is Visito good at?

  • WhatsApp and Instagram. If your guests arrive through those two channels, this is the product built around them rather than an add-on to a web widget.
  • A published price. You can size the cost without a sales call, which is rare here.
  • Language coverage. 100+ languages claimed, which matters for international leisure demand.
  • Low commitment. A 7-day trial and cancel-anytime is a genuinely low-risk way to test whether an AI layer moves your response times at all.

Where does Visito fall short?

  • No phone. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and web chat are the channels. Calls are not covered, so after-hours phone demand still lands on voicemail or a person.
  • Not hospitality-only. Serving six industries means the hospitality logic is configuration rather than the core model. Ask specifically what it does with a reservation.
  • No published write-back detail. It names PMS integrations, but reading a reservation and changing one are different things, and the difference is not published.
  • No OTA inbox named. Airbnb and VRBO messaging are not in the published channel list, which matters if that is where your guests actually are.

Who should pick something else?

Visito is a reasonable first AI layer for a small hotel or a WhatsApp-heavy operation that wants a published price and a short trial.

Three gaps rule it out. The phone, because Visito has no voice agent. The OTA inboxes, if that is where your guests actually message you from. And reservation changes rather than reservation questions, which means confirming write-back with every vendor on your list, Visito included, before signing anything.

What are the best Visito alternatives?

Ordered by published price transparency, since that is Visito's own strongest card.

Our honest read: at a single property that mainly needs WhatsApp answered, Visito's $99 flat plan may simply be the right purchase, and a per-unit platform is more than the job requires. Conduit's case starts when the phone matters, when the OTA inbox matters, or when one configuration has to reach many properties. Across the platform, automation sits in a 70-90% band.

If the phone turns out to be the gap, best AI phone answering services for vacation rentals covers that field, and best AI messaging tools for hotels covers the wider one.

FAQ

How much does Visito cost?

Visito publishes plans from $99 USD per month with a free 7-day trial and cancel-anytime terms. Detail above the entry tier is not published.

Does Visito answer phone calls?

No. Its published channels are WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and website chat. There is no voice or phone product listed.

Is Visito built only for hotels?

No. It serves hotels and vacation rentals alongside fitness, tours and activities, ecommerce, and restaurants. The hospitality behaviour is configured rather than assumed.

Which PMS systems does Visito integrate with?

It names Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Mews, Mirai, Little Hotelier, Oracle OPERA, and Guesty. Whether those integrations write back to the reservation or only read it is not published, so ask.

What is the best Visito alternative for a hotel that needs phone coverage?

Visito has no voice product, so the comparison moves to tools that do: Akia and Conduit both run voice and text on one agent, and HelloShift handles calls alongside hotel operations. None of the three publishes a $99 entry price.
