Airtable and Phone Agent Enhancements

This week we’ve added even more integrations to sources and workflows, so all your systems can be connected in Conduit. In addition we’ve added more configurations to make the platform easier to use for the humans agents.
Airtable Integration
Airtable information can be exported to Conduit as Knowledge and Required Info. This is a game changer, your business information is stored on Airtable. To connect and import Airtable, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Discover > Airtable. Once connected, go to Agent Hub > Import Sources > Import.
Not only can information be imported into Conduit, but Airtable actions can trigger and be actions in workflows. Workflows triggers could be Airtable record created or updated, and workflow actions could be create, update, or comment on a record

Hubspot Upsert Contact Node
For users that manage their customers using Hubspot, we’ve added an Upsert Contact node. Workflows can create or update contacts.
Voice Agents Master Save Button
We’ve made Voice Agents easier to navigate by moving the save agent button to the top of the screen and having a pop up if there are any unsaved changes.
