Besty is built around unsold one and two-night holes, so it suits a calendar that keeps producing them.

5. Your PMS's own assistant

If you are on Hostaway, AI CoHost handles what Hostaway says is "up to 90% of guest communication," and the company states "AI Replies is available to all users upon request. There is no add-on fee."

With no extra line item to justify, this is the cheapest place to start. Measure what it fails to resolve over a month, then decide whether a third-party tool is worth adding.
