Introducing Conduit Operations
Conduit Operations
Agents that run cleaning and repairs
Today we're launching Conduit Operations.
Most operations software gives you a task board. Someone on your team still has to read the guest's message, create the task, find the right person, chase them and update the guest.
Agents do the coordinating
In Conduit, agents do that work. They run on a schedule or when something happens, like a checkout, a guest message or a task marked done. They act directly on your operations: they create and assign tasks, check the work and message the people involved.
Every one of those actions is a tool call on the same tasks your team uses, so you can see what the agent did and why.
A turnover day looks like this:
- At 9:00 AM, an agent assigns the day's cleans using your checklists and preferred cleaners.
- A housekeeper finishes Room 429 and records a short video walkthrough. AI flags a possible leak under the sink.
- The agent creates a repair task and sends it to your plumber by text.
- The plumber marks it done with photos, and the agent tells the guest their unit is ready.

Cleaning, maintenance and inspections in one place
Cleaning, maintenance and inspections usually live in different tools. In Conduit they're one task system. The clean, the video walkthrough that checks it and the repair it leads to all sit on the same unit and the same stay, and each cleaner and contractor gets their jobs on their phone in the Conduit mobile app.
A video walkthrough is quicker for the cleaner than a photo checklist, and AI checks every one, so problems get caught before the next guest arrives.
"Fix the field data, and everything downstream fixes itself. Your team, automations and AI agents all run on what they know about the field, and RapidEye verifies it at the source."

Next to the agent that already talks to your guests
Most guest messages turn into operations work: an AC that stopped working, an early check-in that moves a clean, a guest asking if the unit is ready. Conduit's agents already answer those messages across Airbnb, SMS, WhatsApp, email and phone.
With Operations in Conduit, the same agent that reads the message can open the repair, follow it through and tell the guest when it's fixed, in the thread they wrote in.
Set it up your way
Start from templates, or connect your own AI, like Claude, and have it set things up for you, including moving your tasks over from another tool.
