Quore Alternatives
Six operations options for hotels

The best Quore alternatives for hotels in 2026 are Conduit, HelloShift, Flexkeeping, Alice by Actabl, Amadeus HotSOS and hotelkit. Quore publishes an average price of $171 a month, so I ordered the alternatives by how much of their own bill they publish: Conduit and HelloShift print full plan prices, Flexkeeping prints its pricing model, and the last three quote after a demo.
What does Quore cost, and what's included?
Quore costs an average of $171 per month, according to its pricing page, for one plan covering engineering, housekeeping, management and front desk. The plan includes unlimited users and devices and promises "zero hidden implementation fees." Quore asks for a one-year subscription agreement, after which the contract moves to month-to-month. The price varies with room count and brand or management company, and the page warns that "additional fees may apply for add-ons or custom integrations." Guest texting is one of those add-ons: Quore Connect is a premium application added to the base package, with no price listed.
Why do hotels look for a Quore alternative?
Hotels weighing a Quore alternative can find three gaps on Quore's own pages. Guest texting costs extra on top of the $171 average. Quore Connect is described as SMS messaging, and for other guest channels Quore relies on integrations with messaging vendors such as Medallia Concierge, Canary, Akia and Revinate, listed on its integrations page, which is a second contract. The PMS integrations Quore names are ChoiceADVANTAGE, IHG Concerto, HotelKey and SkyTouch, a list built for branded select-service hotels. Cloudbeds appears on that page only through the Whistle for Cloudbeds messaging integration, and an independent on Opera or Mews has to ask.
Quore gets a lot right for its core buyer. Connect turns texts into tasks and sends automated "request updates," and more than 120,000 users work in Quore according to its home page.
How did I order these Quore alternatives?
I ordered the Quore alternatives by published pricing, because a visible price is Quore's strongest argument against the rest of the category. Tier one prints plan prices with figures, tier two prints a pricing model without figures, and tier three quotes after a demo. Within a tier, vendors are alphabetical. I read every vendor page on October 7, 2026. Knowcross was left out because its site failed with an expired security certificate.
What do the Quore alternatives cost?
Two of the six Quore alternatives publish figures. HelloShift runs from $1.25 to $5.60 per room per month, and Conduit runs from $18 to $48 per unit per month, plus an $899 monthly Startup plan for 0 to 25 units. Flexkeeping publishes its model without figures, and Alice, HotSOS and hotelkit quote. Each entry opens with the pricing fact.
1. Conduit
Pricing: Per unit per month, $18 for Messaging, $30 for Guest, $36 for Guest + Devices and $48 for Full Suite, plus the Startup plan at $899 per month for 0 to 25 units with no implementation fee (pricing). These are starting rates, and pricing scales beyond 50 listings. Tasks, scheduling and dispatch, and inventory sit in Full Suite.
Conduit replaces both Quore and the messaging partner you would pair it with. An AI agent answers guests on WhatsApp, SMS, email, OTA inboxes and the phone, creates the task with the guest's photos, and sends the work order by SMS or email with accept and decline links. Task created, status changed and completed are triggers that can start an agent or a deterministic workflow, which is how the guest hears the job is done. Agents have deep tools into Oracle Opera and Mews, and Messaging includes inbound and outbound voice AI.
Watch-out: Conduit prices per unit and Quore per hotel, so ask how Conduit counts units at your property and compare the total with Quore plus Connect plus your current messaging vendor. Quore's engineering coverage, which includes preventive maintenance and asset management, goes further than Conduit's tasks.
2. HelloShift
Pricing: "$1.25 to $5.60 per room per month," per its pricing page. Starter is $1.25 per room annually or $1.75 monthly and covers either the staff modules or the guest modules; Pro bundles everything at $4.00 per room annually or $5.60 monthly. The smallest bill is $50 a month on annual Starter, with no setup fees and a 14-day trial.
HelloShift is the closest like-for-like swap for Quore plus Connect. Pro covers guest messaging, website chat, AI voice, staff collaboration, preventive maintenance and housekeeping management. It names Opera, Cloudbeds, roommaster, SkyWare, Little Hotelier and WebRezPro as PMS integrations. For a 100-room hotel, Pro billed annually works out to $400 a month by that page's own rate.
Watch-out: Starter splits staff and guest modules, so price the add-on before you compare it with Quore.
3. Flexkeeping
Pricing: A one-time setup and onboarding fee plus a monthly subscription based on the number of rooms, per its FAQ. No figures.
Flexkeeping covers housekeeping, maintenance, automation and quality assurance, and names Mews, Cloudbeds, RMS Cloud, Apaleo, Shiji and Oracle OPERA as PMS integrations. The FAQ also says guests can't communicate directly with the operations team through Flexkeeping, so the guest side stays with a partner app, as it does with Quore's integrations.
4. Alice by Actabl
Pricing: By demo. Alice covers housekeeping, service delivery, concierge and guest messaging, which makes it the closest single-vendor match to Quore with a messaging partner bolted on. Its App Store listing describes SMS and WhatsApp conversations with reservation context and requests created from the thread. Ask Actabl to price the messaging line separately.
5. Amadeus HotSOS
Pricing: By demo. HotSOS Select is "designed specifically for select service properties," which is Quore's home market, inside the Service Optimization line that lists over 200 API integrations including PMS. HotSOS Housekeeping is approved by Marriott. Confirm which HotSOS product a quote covers.
6. hotelkit
Pricing: By demo. hotelkit combines collaboration, housekeeping and facility management with an internal assistant, Knowledge AI. It names Mews, Oracle Hospitality (OHIP/OPERA), apaleo and Stay as PMS integrations, and guest messages arrive through partners such as HiJiffy and Quicktext on its integrations page.
How does Quore compare on price, contract and coverage?
The table compares Quore and the six alternatives on what they publish about price, the unit they charge on, contract terms, guest channels inside the product, and PMS integrations they name. Which hotels should stay on Quore?
A branded select-service hotel on ChoiceADVANTAGE or IHG Concerto, whose guests mostly text, should probably stay on Quore. One plan at a published average of $171 a month covers every department, users are unlimited, and Connect handles texts and request updates. Switching makes sense when guests reach you on WhatsApp, OTA inboxes or the phone, when your PMS is not on Quore's list, or when the Connect add-on plus a messaging partner costs more than one system that does both.
The hotel housekeeping software hub scores all of these tools on the same five facts. For how messaging and tasks fit together, read why guest messaging and operations belong in one system.
FAQ
The questions below cover what hotel teams ask when they price Quore against other operations software. The answers use only what vendors publish on their own pages, read on October 7, 2026. Prices and packaging change, so recheck the linked pages before you budget.
How much does Quore cost per month?
Quore costs an average of $171 per month for its all-in-one plan, according to its pricing page. The price varies with room count and brand or management company, the plan starts with a one-year agreement that then moves to month-to-month, and add-ons such as Quore Connect can cost extra.
Is Quore Connect included in the Quore plan?
No. Quore Connect is a premium application that can be added to the base Quore package, and neither the pricing page nor the Connect page lists its price.
What is the cheapest Quore alternative?
HelloShift publishes the lowest rates here, from $1.25 per room per month on an annual Starter plan with a $50 monthly minimum, though Starter covers either staff tools or guest messaging, not both. Its Pro plan with every module is $4.00 per room per month billed annually.
Which Quore alternative supports WhatsApp?
Conduit and Alice by Actabl both handle WhatsApp guest conversations and turn them into tasks or requests. Quore Connect is SMS-based, and Quore reaches other channels through messaging partners such as Medallia Concierge, Canary, Akia and Revinate.
Does Quore integrate with Opera or Mews?
Quore's integrations page names ChoiceADVANTAGE, IHG Concerto, HotelKey and SkyTouch as PMS integrations and does not name Opera or Mews. Ask Quore directly before you commit if you run either.
Is Quore good for independent hotels?
Quore suits an independent hotel that wants one published price for every department, but its named PMS integrations are brand and select-service systems. An independent on Opera, Cloudbeds or Mews should confirm the integration first, or compare HelloShift, Conduit and Flexkeeping, which name those systems.
