The best hotel housekeeping software in 2026, scored on five facts each vendor documents, is Conduit and Quore (5 of 5), then Alice by Actabl, Flexkeeping, hotelkit and Optii (3 of 5), then Amadeus HotSOS (2 of 5). A missing point means the vendor's site does not say, so take it to the sales call as a question.

What does hotel housekeeping software need to do in 2026?

Hotel housekeeping software in 2026 has to cover the room board, attendant assignment, inspections and a two-way PMS link for room status, and the ops-first tools on this list are built around that core. The tools separate at the two ends of a guest request. A guest texts for extra pillows, the request becomes a task, an attendant delivers them, and the guest hears it is done. A tool that stops at the attendant's phone leaves the first and last steps to the front desk.

So the scorecard gives one point each for five facts: a guest message can create a task, the guest is told when it is done, staff receive tasks on a phone, the tool names a PMS integration, and the vendor publishes a price.

How did I score the hotel housekeeping software?

I gave each hotel housekeeping tool one point per criterion that its own website documents, read on October 7, 2026, for a maximum of 5. A guest request that reaches the tool through a partner app listed on the vendor's own site counts. A partner listing that only appears on the partner's site does not, which is why HotSOS gets no point for guest messages even though Duve lists it as an integration. A pricing model with no figures does not count as published pricing. Ties are alphabetical. Knowcross was left out because its site failed with an expired security certificate during research.

Which hotel housekeeping software scores highest?

Seven hotel housekeeping tools are scored below. Conduit and Quore reach 5 of 5, four tools reach 3, and HotSOS reaches 2. The score measures what each vendor publishes, and HotSOS and Optii both go deeper on room-cleaning operations than their points suggest. Each entry carries the strongest number on the vendor's own site.

1. Conduit (5 of 5)

Conduit starts housekeeping from the guest conversation. An AI agent reads a request on WhatsApp, SMS, email, an OTA inbox or the phone, creates the task with any guest photos, and links it to the reservation and room. Attendants and contractors receive work orders by SMS or email with accept and decline links, and checklists can require a photo before a step closes. Task created, status changed and completed are triggers, so a workflow can text the guest once the attendant marks the pillows delivered. Agents have deep tools into Oracle Opera, Mews and RoomChecking, so Conduit can also sit on top of a housekeeping system you keep. Across Conduit customers, agents automate 70 to 90 percent of guest conversations. Full Suite starts at $48 per unit per month (pricing).

Watch-out: Conduit does not plan attendant routes, and default assignees are set per property and task category rather than by skill or location.

2. Quore (5 of 5)

Quore sells one plan for housekeeping, engineering, front desk and management at an average of $171 per month, with unlimited users and devices. The Quore Connect premium app turns guest texts into tasks and sends automated "request updates". Its integrations page names ChoiceADVANTAGE, IHG Concerto, HotelKey and SkyTouch as PMS integrations. See the best Quore alternatives for a price-first comparison.

3. Alice by Actabl (3 of 5)

Alice covers housekeeping, service delivery, concierge and guest messaging, with two-way PMS integrations for room status. Version 26.5.0 of its App Store listing (May 11) says "Guest Messaging is now in Alice," handling SMS and WhatsApp conversations and creating requests from the thread. Alice does not publish a price.

4. Flexkeeping (3 of 5)

Flexkeeping runs housekeeping, maintenance, automation and quality assurance, and its staff app auto-translates into over 240 languages (FAQ). The home page cites 13,778 tasks automated in three months for one customer. Mews acquired Flexkeeping in October 2025. Its FAQ says guests can't message the operations team directly, so requests arrive from the PMS and partner apps. Our Flexkeeping alternatives post covers PMS independence.

5. hotelkit (3 of 5)

hotelkit's housekeeping module allocates rooms automatically or by drag and drop, runs cleaning and inspection checklists over a two-way PMS interface, and hotelkit cites 30% faster room inspections. Its FAQ confirms iOS and Android apps. Guest messages reach hotelkit through partners on its integrations page, such as HiJiffy, Quicktext and Bookboost, which earns the guest-message point on the same rule as Optii.

6. Optii (3 of 5)

Optii's housekeeping uses AI to map attendant routes from guest profiles and room status over a two-way PMS integration, and Optii cites an 80% reduction in room waits. Guest requests become jobs through partners such as Medallia Concierge. Pricing is by demo. The Optii alternatives post compares what the AI does in each tool.

7. Amadeus HotSOS (2 of 5)

HotSOS Housekeeping is approved by Marriott, and Amadeus says 683,000 hotel staff have used its Service Optimization products, which list over 200 API integrations including PMS. HotSOS Mobile sends push notifications to room attendants when a room is rushed, a guest wants their room serviced, or a room is reassigned. Confirm which of HotSOS, HotSOS Select and HotSOS Housekeeping a quote covers.

How do the seven housekeeping tools compare?

The scorecard compares the seven hotel housekeeping tools on the five scored facts plus room assignment, taken from each vendor's own pages on October 7, 2026. "Via partner" means a partner app listed on the vendor's own site carries the guest message and earns the point. "Not published" scores zero.

Which housekeeping software fits which kind of hotel?

The right hotel housekeeping software depends more on your PMS, your brand standard and how guests reach you than on the score. A 5-of-5 tool that has no integration with your PMS is the wrong tool. Build a shortlist of two or three by hotel type:

  • A Marriott-flagged hotel should start with HotSOS, whose housekeeping product Marriott approves.
  • A select-service hotel on ChoiceADVANTAGE or IHG Concerto should price Quore first.
  • An independent on Mews should compare Flexkeeping, hotelkit and Conduit, all of which name Mews.
  • A hotel with a multilingual team should compare Flexkeeping's 240-plus languages with hotelkit's 30-plus.
  • A hotel where most requests arrive by WhatsApp, text or phone should compare Conduit and Alice.

FAQ

The questions below are the ones hotel operators ask when they shortlist housekeeping software. The answers use vendor pages as read on October 7, 2026. Recheck the linked pages before you sign, because integrations and prices in this category change often.

What is the best hotel housekeeping software in 2026?

On a five-point scorecard of what each vendor documents, Conduit and Quore score 5 of 5, Alice by Actabl, Flexkeeping, hotelkit and Optii score 3, and Amadeus HotSOS scores 2. HotSOS and Optii go deeper on core room-cleaning operations than the score suggests, so match the tool to your PMS and brand first.

How much does hotel housekeeping software cost?

Quore publishes an average of $171 per month on a one-year agreement. Conduit publishes per-unit rates, with Full Suite (tasks, scheduling and dispatch) from $48 per unit per month. Flexkeeping charges a setup fee plus a monthly per-room subscription without published figures, and Alice, Optii, HotSOS and hotelkit quote after a demo.

Can guests request housekeeping by text message?

Yes. Quore Connect turns guest texts into work orders, Alice creates requests from SMS and WhatsApp threads, and Conduit's agents create tasks from WhatsApp, SMS, email, OTA messages and calls. Optii, Flexkeeping and hotelkit take guest messages through partner apps.

Which housekeeping software integrates with Mews?

Flexkeeping, which Mews acquired in October 2025, lists Mews among its PMS integrations, and hotelkit lists Mews too. Conduit's agents have deep tools into Mews and Oracle Opera. Confirm the room-status fields for your property in the demo.

Is HotSOS approved by Marriott?

Yes. Amadeus says HotSOS Housekeeping is approved by Marriott. Check your brand standard for the current approved list before you sign.

What does AI do in hotel housekeeping software?

AI in hotel housekeeping software plans routes, answers staff questions, or handles guest requests, depending on the vendor. Optii uses AI to map attendant routes, hotelkit has an internal assistant called Knowledge AI, and Conduit's agents read guest messages, create tasks and can message the guest when the task changes status.
