Guest Portal Experiences: A Private Yacht Charter, Car Rentals and More
Guest Offers
Yacht charters and local experiences
A private yacht charter is one of the coolest offers we've seen in a Conduit guest portal. The same page also has car rental and helicopter tours.
These are real offers in a customer's portal. They give guests something more useful to browse than a list of room policies.

Guests need to know what you can arrange
A guest planning a day out might search elsewhere without thinking to ask the property. Even someone who would love a private charter may not know it is an option through the property.
That is the problem this page helps solve. The offer has a name, a photo, and a clear next step. Guests can see what is available to explore instead of having to guess which questions to ask.
You do not need a yacht to use the same approach. A private-chef dinner, airport transfer, or local tour can be useful when it fits the stay. Start with services your team or a trusted provider can reliably deliver.
Let the conversation introduce the offer
A portal works for guests who open it and browse. A conversation gives you another chance to introduce an experience.
For example, a guest might ask, "What can our group do on Saturday?" An AI concierge could suggest a boat trip if the property offers one and it fits what the guest has said. It can answer questions using the property's information, then point the guest to the offer.
This is an example of a conversation to configure, not a claim about a booking made through the portal pictured above.
The recommendation should help with the guest's request. Someone asking about parking does not need a sales pitch for a helicopter tour. Someone planning a special day with their group might welcome the suggestion.
Give guests room to browse
After an offer catches their attention, guests need details. What is included? How long does it take? Who provides it? Is the price per person or for the whole group?
Conduit brings its conversational AI agent and Portals together so guests can ask questions and browse through their stay link, without downloading an app. They can compare offers at their own pace and return to the conversation when something needs explaining.
For an experience such as a charter, the offer should explain what happens after the guest expresses interest. If the provider needs to check the date and group size, say that before the guest submits a request.
A mobile payment option can make an eligible purchase easier, but it does not replace an availability check. Use the purchase, request, or referral path that matches the service and the property's payment setup.
You can work with a local provider
A property does not need to operate every experience it offers. It can introduce guests to a local provider, accept requests for the team to coordinate, or direct guests to the provider's booking page.
Be clear about who confirms availability, collects payment, and handles changes. If the guest submits a request through Conduit, it can reach the inbox alongside their conversation. A configured workflow can notify the team member or provider responsible for the next step.
If the guest leaves the portal to book with a provider, do not treat that click as a completed sale. Your team needs confirmation before recording a booking or any referral revenue.
Our guide to guest portal offers and fulfillment covers how to set up these different paths.
Start with an experience guests already ask about
Choose one service that fits your property. Give it a clear photo and description, explain the price and terms, and decide who handles the request.
Then check the whole experience on a phone. Can a guest find the offer, get an answer to a question, and understand whether the next step is a purchase or a request? Does someone on your team know when they need to act?
