Faster phone, better workflows
We’re constantly improving our AI Agents and iterating on our past features. This week, we’ve rolled out important fixes and updates, plus a major enhancement to Phone Agents.
Bug Fixes
- Search Listing Availability : Fixed an issue where the AI couldn’t show availability for alternative properties.
- Get Directions Tool : Resolved a bug that prevented the AI from providing directions to nearby locations.
Routing Rules for Phone Agents
We’ve introduced routing rules for Phone Agents. Previously, when a new phone number called your AI Agent, the system couldn’t answer questions or connect the caller to the right agent.
